Hiring: Marketing Manager (Jewellery Growth) – Whitehathi, Jaipur
Location : Jaipur (On-site)

Whitehathi is looking for a hardcore, execution-focused Marketing Manager who knows how to drive results and scale D2C jewellery sales like a beast.
This isn’t a fluff role - it’s a revenue-first, all-hands-on-deck kind of job.
What You’ll Own:
• Sales. Period.
• You’ll be directly responsible for growing revenue across:
• Our website (Shopify)
• Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa , and other marketplaces
• (Optional) Offline channels if the opportunity arises
~360° Growth Execution:
• Paid Ads (Meta, Google, Amazon, etc.)
• Organic content, SEO, email/SMS automation
• Website conversion rate optimization (CRO) & user flow
• Product listing, pricing, visibility, and performance on marketplaces
~ Consumer Insight & Creative Strategy:
~ Understand the pulse of our audience and help shape offers, positioning, content, and creative direction that sells.
You Should Have:
• 4-5+ years of experience in jewellery or fashion e-commerce growth
• Proven record of scaling D2C or marketplace sales hands-on
• Deep understanding of Shopify, basics of Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads, Google Ads , and basic analytics (GA, Hotjar, etc.)
• Comfortable working across content, creatives, performance marketing, and retention
• Sharp execution mindset – you think in experiments, ROI, and daily metrics
• Strong ownership mentality – you move fast, break what’s not working, and build what does
• Must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocate — this is a full-time, on-ground role
