Job Spec :
•Overall responsible for entire organizational sourcing function across globe and derive strategies required for the function
•Lead in business transformation and to have expertise in steering Global Strategic sourcing programs across countries with ability to close deals, compel action and create business value
•Coach, mentor, lead and develop people, teams to ensure business performance at global scale
•Direct & implement Global policies, procedures & standards to support Business units. Accountable for sustainable Global Category Strategies and Supplier Diversity programs.
•Engage with Top Leadership for Make Vs Buy Decisions
•Responsible for driving the P&L pertaining to Sourcing function of the entire organization globally
•Drive VAVE initiatives across functions and Ensure a creation of effective supplier / vendor base by a digitally enabled audit platform
•Implement Key Strategies and Initiatives for central buying function and procedures on Upgradation & Rationalization of Vendors to ensure Zero defect suppliers
•Sound knowledge on Imports, Exports, Costing, Global Procurement, Selection and also knowledge on technical and technology related to EV
•Familiar with standards and statutory norms related to the function globally
•Develop and drive the implementation of sound logistics solutions across Business units to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and FG
