Qualifications:
Bachelors’ / Masters’ Degree in HR / Business administrations or related field
10 to 15 years of experience in TA, with at least 5 years in leadership role
Strong understanding of Recruitment’s best practices and trends

Excellent interpersonal Skills, Stakeholder Management, Prioritization, communication and Presentability
