Position: Talent Acquisition Head
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Head to lead the recruitment efforts for our prestigious hospital in Telangana, India. As the Talent Acquisition Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to attract and acquire top healthcare professionals. Your expertise in managing teams, identifying and selecting qualified candidates will play a crucial role in building a skilled and diverse workforce aligned with our hospital's mission and Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet staffing needs and support growth objectives.
• Partner with department leaders to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the hospital's reputation.
• Implement recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support.
• Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talent
• Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions.
• Building relationships with applicants and past employees
• Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process.
• Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Open to travel Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare roles, qualifications, and regulations.
• Proven track record of successful talent acquisition strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities.
