Job Description:
• In order to meet business objectives and build an internal bench of top talent, provide professional experience and support for the design, development, and implementation of the talent review process.• Gather, manage, and analyse data to guide targeted leadership development, such as succession planning.• Participate in organisational strategy planning and act as a leader in the creation of PM and QI policies.• Investigate and aid in the creation of training programmes for project managers that are centred on empowering the workforce to make improvements with regard to organisational priorities.• To influence and have an impact on the employment and recruitment processes, and cultivate successful relationships inside the organisation and the hiring community.• Create, launch, and maintain efficient programmes for succession planning, promotion, and employee retention.• oversee the upkeep and operation of the performance management system, which includes the current job descriptions, performance benchmarks, and performance assessment tools.• In support of the business's strategy plan for diversity and inclusion, create and maintain an atmosphere that values diversity, fair employment opportunities, and competitive advantage.• Conduct and oversee training presentations.• Make that all talent management and PM initiatives within the organisation are geared towards enhancing operational and programme efficacy.• Collect and coordinate aggregate talent pool data in close collaboration with the HRIS manager, and then use data analysis to transform that data into insights that motivate intentional action plans at the right levels.• To create a pipeline of quality applicants, develop and put into practice creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques.
