As Headteacher, you will:
Provide visionary leadership and uphold the school’s ethos of compassion, inclusion, and high expectations

Ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and safeguarding
Work closely with families, external professionals, and the wider community to support holistic outcomes for pupils
Drive innovation in curriculum design and therapeutic approaches tailored to ASC
Maintain compliance with independent school standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g. Ofsted, Independent School Standards, SEND Code of Practice)
