Role : Head-Technical Sales

Job Requirement :
• Bachelor/ Master degree in electronics with 12+ years of experience in technical sales from electronics manufacturing industries.
Job Role :
• Actively involved in business strategy, product road map, cash flow and contingencies
• Relationship management and new partnership with technology and business partners
• Working closely with strategic customers, contract manufacturers and suppliers
• All activities related from bidding, Budgetary and feasibility for local and overseas clients
• Working as Program manager for different projects execution and Delivery Business
• HR (Hiring and Firing) and team management
• Resources allocation according to project needs
• Project Management High level to Micro level as per need (PMP professional)
• Closely work with clients and vendors worldwide mainly
• Complete ownership of execution of all the projects
• Customer and team communication at different stages of the project
• Managing Project delivery process
• Interaction with different department heads Design, Business Development, finance and sales representative of different geographic locations for day-to-day execution and business requirements
• Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to identify and develop opportunities to improve processes, products and/or services and dealing with business inquiries
• Developing new accounts and clients and successful delivery of product and project
• Develop and implement procedures and methodologies to achieve business goals and efficiency through innovations and initiatives and manage budget including capital expenditures and cost management
• Guide and lead design team
• Back sales team to win business.
