Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Administration Officer. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Public Health Unit, ensuring efficient and effective secretarial services.
Main Responsibilities:
Process human resource requirements, including mailing, filing, data entry, and records management.
Liaise with customers and stakeholders, acting as a primary contact for the team.
Maintain confidentiality and utilize tact and discretion when interacting with internal and external clients.
Requirements:
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to verbally communicate needs, messages, and information with clarity and sensitivity.
A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The ability to plan and provide high-level administrative support to maximize efficiency and work outputs.
