Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role in Mumbai for a Health Advisor (Telesales). The Health Advisor will be responsible for providing telephonic consultation to potential clients and guiding them in choosing the appropriate Health Total programme. The role involves explaining the benefits of our programmes, answering queries about health conditions, creating tailor-made plans for clients and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate information
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Experience in training or educating individuals on health promotion and wellness
• Knowledge of various health conditions and their management
• Passionate about promoting health and helping clients achieve their goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Previous experience in sales or telesales is a plus
• Qualification in health-related field or equivalent experience
