As a Health and Safety Administrator at PDA Search and Selection Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the health, safety, and well-being of our customers and colleagues.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the health, safety, environment, and quality function, focusing on accident prevention, investigation, and reporting. This includes producing RIDDOR reports, managing incident databases, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the health, safety, environment, and quality function
Produce RIDDOR reports for accidents and incidents
Manage incident databases and maintain accurate records
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
Support internal health and safety training and development courses
Requirements
Relevant experience in health and safety administration or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
