Develop and deliver engaging health and safety training programs to empower our events staff.
Conduct audits of event sites and activities to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
Analyze incident data, identify trends, and recommend proactive safety measures.
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry standards and innovations in health and safety.
Ng pkkenga me ng wheako | Skills and experience
Health & Safety experience, preferably within a complex, multi-site organisation.
Is tertiary qualified in Health and Safety (level 4 and above) essential.
Has a professional membership with a H&S industry body (or is working towards it).
Has a full NZ drivers licence .
Has a proven track record in health and safety process improvement.
Can communicate complex safety information clearly and effectively, and has strong negotiation skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams.
Is a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Possesses a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning.
