We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits such as private healthcare, life assurance, and stakeholder pension. Our team works collaboratively to deliver outstanding places and spaces that create lasting value for local communities.
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2015, experience in construction site safety or design, and a security clearance due to the sensitivity of projects. They will also be a NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety holder or equivalent.
