About the Role
Aegis Group seeks an experienced Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) professional to lead WH&S functions across its operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of best practice in WH&S, injury management and Workers Compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance on WH&S matters
Develop and implement comprehensive integrated WH&S systems
Conduct investigations and determine root causes
Ensure legislative and regulatory compliance
Support Injury Management coordinator in complex cases
