JOB SUMMARY
Successful candidate will mandatorily possess good communication skills/soft interpersonal skills,
understanding of real estate domain along with the Analytical and Presentation skills. The incumbent will
oversee compliance of all HSE aspects for Residential/ Commercial projects (Group Housing/ High rise/
Commercial/ Plotted developments, etc.)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and review site safety plan and risk assessment.
• Conduct safety inspection of work method, machinery, tools, tackles, construction power generation and
distribution system etc.
• Conduct safety campaign and competition.
• Prepare and maintain safety statistics, reports etc.
• Impart safety training to employees.
• Ensure readiness of first aid and basic firefighting.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors’ Degree or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical, or bachelor’s degree in physics/chemistry/Maths,
or related discipline.
• ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) or PDIS (Post Diploma in Industrial Safety) from State Board of
Technical Education recognised under State Factories Rules / BOCW Central Rules or Diploma in Construction
Safety Management from NICMAR would be preferred.
• In depth knowledge of construction safety with minimum 10 - 15 years’ post qualification experience in High-
rise Building Construction projects.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 per year
