Health and Safety Manager
London | £55,000 + Excellent Benefits
Are you looking to join a rapidly growing Principal Contractor and industry leader in the fit-out and refurbishment sector?
We're working with a well-established leader in the fit-out sector to recruit a Health and Safety Manager. The company has expanded significantly in recent months, acquiring a number of high-profile projects in London. They have a strong commitment to health and safety and this role will play a key part in supporting site teams, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across projects.
Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include:
• Assisting in the implementation and delivery of the company's health and safety strategy across fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Providing support and guidance to site teams and contractors on best practices for health and safety.
• Assisting in incident investigations, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
The successful Health and Safety Manager will have:
• Previous experience in a similar role within construction, fit-out, or a related sector.
• The ability to engage and influence site teams, ensuring health and safety best practices are followed.
• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum.
