We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract. The Health and Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards. This role will ensure that the company’s operations adhere to legal and safety requirements, fostering a safe working environment across all departments. The manager will work closely with leaders, contractors, and staff to maintain high HSE standards, conduct audits, and provide training. The role is pivotal in promoting a culture of safety, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving health and safety performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage Health and Safety (HSE) policies and procedures in line with ISO 14001 and 45001 requirements.
Ensure that HSE processes are effective, regularly audited, and in full compliance with local regulations.
Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, providing actionable recom
