Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site WHS Officer to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local and regional regulations and implementing safety policies and procedures across our Fulfillment Centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with site operations team to execute company safety policies and procedures
Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
Develop and implement training programs for employees on safety procedures
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive safety approach
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety or ME in Industrial Safety Engineering
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field required
Experience in reputed private or government organisations
Experience managing multiple direct reports
