Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Health and Safety Officer located in New Delhi. The Health and Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, implementing workplace safety measures, and conducting regular safety inspections. They will develop, review, and implement health and safety policies, identify potential hazards, and provide training to employees on safety procedures. Qualifications
• Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices
• Comprehensive knowledge of Workplace Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
• Certification such as NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage safety programs efficiently
• Prior experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
