Health Check Coordinator – Basingstoke, Hampshire – (Job Ref: 24/WWRC) Randox Health continues to be at the forefront of clinical diagnostics, dedicated to improving health worldwide with our disruptive technology and innovative diagnostic solutions. Our unique biomarker tracking service allows you to establish a health baseline from which you can track and monitor improvements over time. Location: Requirement to travel around the Hampshire area. Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 08.40 to 17.20. Some flexibility may be required, including evenings and weekends. What does the Health Check Coordinator role involve? This role is responsible for representing Randox Health as the first point of contact for customers attending Health Check appointments at community locations. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities: Providing continuity of Care by coordinating appointments at local community events within Hampshire. Perform duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner, including but not limited to welcoming clients, checking them in for appointments, providing information during appointment, blood sample collection and providing additional lifestyle support and advice. Liaise and follow-up with Professional Partners, Randox employees and line manager as required. The operation of the company booking system to update any cancelled appointments, modify client appointments. Ensure that all relevant documents for each client are uploaded into the H Drive (consent forms). Ensure that any feedback suggestions for improvement are passed through the Management team. The management of stock and storage facilities within the clinic for these appointments. Completion of an end of day report for management to review. Adherence to company health and safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment. To assist with customer queries on any health check related issues. Adhere to your Continuing Professional Development Plan. Adhere to client confidentiality requirements at all times. To attend Health check events where applicable as a company representative. Full on the job training will be provided on our processes. Who can apply? Essential criteria: A clean, valid, UK Driving License. Clear communication and the ability to maintain professional composure at all times. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient level of IT literacy. Flexibility with working hours. Desirable: Literacy in another language. The ability to input and record data accurately and efficiently. Experience in private / healthcare sector.
