About the role
We have exciting permanent, part-time opportunity as a Health Check Nurse to work across several of our villages in Tauranga. This role would be ideally suited to an experienced Enrolled Nurse with a current APC.
You will work alongside our independent living residents at our stunning retirement villages in Tauranga. You will be responsible for running the Wellness Clinic, supporting our independent living residents with BP, pulse, Oxygen saturation, weight and a simple dressing services, ensuring a positive journey for our residents.
This role is working 13 hours per week across several days, so flexibility is essential.
A current driver's license is essential for the role. You will be eligible to claim mileage based on our Travel Policy.
About you
An Enrolled Nurse qualification with a current APC. Previous Aged Care experience would be highly beneficial.
Strong customer relationship building experience and proven ability to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken English with the ability to communicate in a clear, considerate fashion.
Positive attitude and a caring, respectful manner which is important in our aged care environment. You will have empathy for the older person.
You will have loads of initiative, excellent time management skills and the ability to work with autonomy.
The ability to use technology with confidence is an essential.
Current First Aid Certificate is also preferred, but we can support you to obtain this.
Current clean drivers license and own car required
