Man Matters, is a digital elective health platform for men, helping 2.5M+ men every year diagnose and solve for their hair loss, beard growth, fitness and nutrition concerns by offering personalized treatment plans and access to expert doctors and health coaches.
Be Bodywise, is an online women’s elective health platform, serving 4M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair health, body care, Sleep and nutrition.
Little Joys, is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M+ parents every year solve for their child’s physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.
About the role :
India is home to the largest number of men facing hair loss. At Man Matters, we have created the right treatment plans for men to combat hair loss and take steps early to improve hair quality and promote hair growth.
However, the journey to hair regrowth is long and requires consistency. It needs special attention at all stages to understand the root cause of hair loss, take the right steps to combat it at the right time, and then stay consistent with the treatment to ensure that customers see hair results.
As a health coach, you will be at the heart of our ecosystem, closely working with stakeholders to drive customer success.
Our mission is to ensure that every customer who starts their journey with us follows the treatment plan to see hair results.

Responsibilities :
• Speaking to customers over chat or phone to diagnose their situation.
• Recommending the right solutions by understanding their concerns.
• Providing education and support to help users understand the benefits of our treatment and the science behind it.
• Motivating customers to stay consistent with their treatment.
• Monitoring the user's progress and providing feedback and encouragement.
• Facilitating communication between the customer and our doctors.
• Setting the right expectations with our treatment.
• Identifying customer needs and queries and providing accurate and apt resolution in the target time.
Position Specific Responsibilities :
• Rostered for + hours, expected to be online for 8 hours, 6 days a week, with one rotational week off.
• Respond to and resolve customer service issues with the highest quality and as per the metrics put in place.
• Listen to and implement feedback to improve on metrics.
• Provide process improvement feedback to team leaders and managers, so that we can do the best for the customer.
• Ability to work from the office.
• Comfortable with using laptops and online tools.
• Flexibility in being rostered for + hours between 8 AM - 12 AM (double pay for extended hours).
• Languages : English, Hindi. Regional languages would be a bonus.
You would be a great fit if you :
• Have 1+ years of experience working in any role requiring stakeholder management.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Are a good listener, love solving problems, and have great attention to detail.
• Are passionate about healthcare and want to improve people’s lives.
• Have experience with communication software.
• Personal history with hair fall is a strong plus as it will help you build a stronger connection with users.
• Have high empathy to have delightful conversations with customers.
Compensation : INR 2.5L - 4L p.a.
