Coordinate and direct clinical coding audits
Develop and implement educational strategies to promote best practices
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide expert advice on accurate code assignment and optimised DRG allocation
Manage and update the CALHN Audit Plan, prioritising audit requirements efficiently
Requirements: A degree in Health Information Management or related field, HIMAA membership eligibility, extensive experience in clinical coding audits, knowledge of ICD-10-AM, proven ability to lead change, engage with teams, and manage competing priorities.
