Key Responsibilities:
Audit health insurance claims to ensure compliance with fund policies and procedures.
Identify and rectify inconsistencies in claims data to enhance the accuracy of member records.
Engage with members through various channels to address policy, product, and membership inquiries.
Stay up-to-date on internal processes and product changes to offer timely assistance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Demonstrated understanding of the Australian health industry, including health insurance, hospitals, and allied health services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in the health sector, ideally within health insurance, hospitals, medical practices, or allied health.
