Job Description
We are looking for an experienced 215 (Health and Life) licensed agent to LEAD our Health Insurance Department to train, sell and service our Health insurance products. Health Insurance Specialists are typically successful sales agents/trainers who are also energetic as well as have the ability to coach, develop others and handle a health insurance book of business.
The candidate must have the following skills:
• 215 (Health and Life) Florida license (Required)
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• At least 3 years of experience selling and servicing Health insurance products in the Florida Market
• At least 1 year of training or supervisory experience
• Can execute a training curriculum (when needed)
• Excellent communication skills
• Dedicated to putting our customers first
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lead and motivate others
