Health Insurance Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive specializing in health insurance policies, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and convert them into sales. You will be expected to initiate contact with potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and digital platforms. By qualifying leads based on customers" health needs and financial preferences, you will play a crucial role in matching them with the most suitable insurance plans.In the process of product presentation and sales conversion, you will need to effectively communicate the benefits and features of health insurance policies to customers. Identifying their specific needs and recommending appropriate plans will be essential, along with addressing any queries, concerns, or objections they may have. Building trust through transparent negotiations on pricing, coverage, and exclusions will also be part of your responsibilities.Maintaining strong customer relationships is key to success in this role. You will be expected to establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers, conducting follow-ups to maximize conversion rates and enhance satisfaction. Accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems will help in providing personalized service and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any field and preferably have certifications or training in sales or insurance. With 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, particularly in insurance or financial services, you are well-equipped to succeed in this role.
