Job Description
Users need to work in US Health care domain project dealing with Membership, Claims administration and Provider data management.
Deliver and support health payer member enrollment, premium billing and payment application, provider demographic data updates and core medical claim processing.
Excellent communication skill required to deal with clients.
Provide customer service, track and resolve provider and member inquiries.
Should Have Skills
Verbal and Written English Expert level communication.
Willing to work in night shift only.
Not data entry but logical process, research in various systems and tracking tools.
Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems.
Assess and resolve on-standard and standard issues or problems.
Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.
Shift: 5:30 PM to 3 AM
Location: Airoli
Shift Timings: US Shift
CTC: Max 20k Fixed gross
Current CTC: NA
Expected (Discussed & agreed) CTC: PM
