Key Responsibilities :
• Develop deep, trusting relationships with clients to facilitate their commitment and progress towards personal health goals.
• Utilize psychological principles to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
• Address and resolve client issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a high level of client retention.
• Proactively assess client needs and collaborate with fitness and nutrition experts to adjust plans for maximum effectiveness.
• Champion the client’s voice within the organization, providing feedback to enhance our services.
In this pivotal role, you will harness your expertise in psychology to directly influence and support our clients' journeys towards health and fitness.
You will :

• Collaborate Creatively : Work alongside a team of fitness and nutrition experts to integrate comprehensive wellness strategies that reinforce the physical and mental growth of our clients.
What We’re Looking For :
• A Master’s degree in Psychology, preferably with experience in health, counselling, therapy, or related fields.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client progress and adapt strategies accordingly.
