Apply now for the position of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Professional, based in Sydney or Melbourne (Hybrid). This role is available on a full-time basis.
Your role:
Interpret and communicate regulatory EHS requirements, develop strategies for compliance, identify and manage EHS risks, and ensure adherence to ISO 45001/14001 standards.
Support organisational training programs, oversee injury management and return-to-work processes, and facilitate EHS audit and inspection programs.
Monitor, analyse, and report on key EHS performance indicators, review and support business tender responses, and investigate incidents with corrective actions.
Influence leaders and team members to improve safety culture, manage relationships, implement the EHS framework, and escalate issues to the management team.
Provide onsite and remote support across Environment, Health and Safety governance topics.
Your expertise:
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or higher) – preferred
1-3+ years’ experience in a Work Health & Safety role, OR final-year students completing qualifications in Work Health & Safety
Sound technical knowledge of WHS legislation
