Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the safety team.
Manage and analyse safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Use Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams) to create reports, presentations, and documentation.
Collaborate with management and the wider team to implement and maintain safety initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Proactively support the identifying and resolution of safety-related issues through data management and timeous communication.
Efficiently organise and maintain both physical and digital files to ensure easy access and retrieval of important documents.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a safety or compliance environment.
Able to work independently, take the initiative to solve problems and complete tasks without supervision.
Able to work well within a team and offer support and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
Comfortable taking charge and able to provide valuable support to the management structure and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Natural ability to influence and persuade others, making you effective in gaining support and driving initiatives forward.
Your enthusiasm and positive attitude are contagious, helping to motivate and inspire your colleagues.
