Role And Responsibilities 

For this role, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health Solutions Delivery Lead-Salesforce with a strong background in the Salesforce platform, project management and business analysis within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading the implementation of Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve patient care, and streamline healthcare processes. This role requires a deep understanding of both Salesforce technologies and the unique challenges experienced within the healthcare sector.  

Key Responsibilities

Project Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions that address the specific needs of the healthcare industry.
• Develop comprehensive implementation strategies and roadmaps that align with organizational goals.
• Lead end-to-end project management efforts for Salesforce implementations utilizing an Agile methodology, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Business Analysis
• Conduct in-depth business analysis to gather and document detailed requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and workflows within the healthcare organization to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using Salesforce capabilities. 

Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments, including clinical, administrative, and technical teams, to ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
• Communicate project progress, updates, and potential roadblocks effectively to stakeholders at various levels.

Change Management
• Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of Salesforce solutions within the healthcare organization.
• Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing support to end users to facilitate a smooth transition. 

Continuous Improvement
• Stay current with Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and healthcare regulations.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements to drive ongoing improvement in healthcare operations. 

Experience And Education
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in successfully leading Salesforce implementation projects, preferably within the US healthcare sector.

Technical Skills and Competencies: 
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Scrum Master certification or PMP certification preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
• Solid background in business analysis, process optimization, and workflow design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with Jira and Azure DevOps or other Agile project management tools.
• Familiarity with US healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and data privacy considerations.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

Certifications:
• Scrum Master certification or PMP certification is preferred.
• Possession of relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator are highly desirable.
