About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC). As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-level support to Nurse Unit Managers (NUMs) and other stakeholders, supporting the management of recruitment activities and contributing to the day-to-day operations of the IOC.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to NUMs and other stakeholders;
Assisting with recruitment activities in collaboration with HR and Payroll Services;
Contributing to the maintenance of accurate records and databases;
Developing and implementing administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
Providing training and support to new staff members.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Highly developed organizational and time management skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel;
A qualification in administration or a related field, or significant experience in an administrative role.
