Key Responsibilities:
• Design and create engaging video scripts and product demonstration videos
• Author comprehensive client-facing documents, including training guides and technical integrations
• Develop user guides for various healthcare solutions
• Create process documentation, such as Clinic Configuration Testing Guides
• Prepare compelling demo decks tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to showcase patient care journeys and digital healthcare offerings
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in presales, business analysis, content creation, or a related client-facing role
• Knowledge of US healthcare industry trends and digital transformation initiatives
• Experience in healthcare technology or digital health solutions
