Purpose of the Position
Support leadership in architectural design. Focus on implementing innovative design strategies and ensuring project excellence, particularly in large hospital projects. Oversee coordination with MEPF drawings, minute detailing of each building element, ensure the use of hospital-specific materials that prevent the spread of infection.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Work on creating cutting-edge designs for large hospital projects.
• Coordinate architectural designs with Architectural, Structural & MEPF Consultant, ensuring seamless integration.
• Pay meticulous attention to minute detailing of each building element, emphasizing precision in execution.
• Utilize extensive experience to drive architectural excellence and adherence to design standards.
• Oversee the development and execution of architectural projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure the use of hospital-specific materials that prevent the spread of infection.
• Give preference to candidates with specialization in Hospital Design certification.
Special Skills w.r.t. job (if any)
• Proficient in AutoDesk Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant architectural design tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Expertise in coordinating Architecture, Structure & MEPF drawings, material knowledge, and attention to infection control measures in hospital design.
• Preference given to candidates with specialization in Hospital Design.
Essential Areas/ Factors in which incumbent should have experience
• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on large hospital projects.
• Proven expertise in AutoDesk Revit in 3D,4D,5D,6D & 7D will be an added advantage.
• Track record of successfully leading architectural and interior design teams.
