The Summer Healthcare Intern (SHI) will learn aspects of healthcare administration with seasoned guidance from the Administrator, Department Heads and Consultants. The SHI provides non-clinical support and department head leadership to assigned Monarch Healthcare Management facilities, floating to facilities in need or assigned to one specific facility to gain perspective of operations with the goal of preparing to work in a department head or administration role.
