Job Description
As a Patient Services Lead, you will support the Triage and Navigation Manager while leading a dedicated team responsible for coordinating and delivering operational services nationally to patients and their families impacted by Blood Cancer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a cohesive and motivated team that supports patients in accessing our services and support in a timely manner.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation, streamlined workflows, and accurate processing of practical assistance applications and service requests (e.g., PATS, Transport, Financial Assistance) to enable prompt payments and team efficiency.
Manage financial resources by overseeing billing, invoicing, reconciliation, practical assistance application approvals, and budget oversight, ensuring compliance with relevant funding bodies.
Requirements
Relevant experience in a leadership role within administration, customer service, or healthcare settings.
Ability to lead a dispersed team.
Strong decision-making, organisational, and time management skills.
