About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our team at Baptcare Amberlea facility in Victoria on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive clinical care to consumers, working as part of a team to deliver high-quality care that meets consumer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide management and leadership to care staff, encouraging teamwork and a committed consumer focus.
Ensure all staff reporting to you are working within their scope of practice and maintaining Baptcare standards.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with colleagues, staff, consumers, and families while respecting individual privacy and dignity.
Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement process and explain same to any other stakeholders.
Maintain own educational and professional development within Scope of Practice.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Experience working within the Aged Care Sector or with elderly people.
Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and basic Excel.
Ability to meet and perform the inherent requirements of the role.
