About this Role
As a Project Coordinator for the I-Heart Study, you will play a crucial role in supporting a dedicated team of health professionals working on a project aimed at reducing hospitalisations for patients diagnosed with heart failure. This is a fixed-term 2-year opportunity, and work hours will be negotiated.

Key Responsibilities
Support a dedicated team of health professionals working on the I-Heart Study
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clinicians and researchers
Coordinate project activities, including data collection and analysis
Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders, using clear and concise language
