Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centered care that respects the dignity, autonomy, and preferences of each resident
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, promoting independence and confidence
Support residents to engage in activities that promote physical and emotional well-being, such as exercise programs, arts and crafts, and social events
Follow all organizational policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and reports
