As a 360° Healthcare Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare professionals. This includes sourcing and attracting candidates, managing client relationships, and handling all recruitment-related activities. Your goal is to match the right candidates with the right positions while providing an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with healthcare professionals through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their staffing needs and requirements.
• Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through to placement, including screening CVs, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to provide insightful advice to both clients and candidates.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations, including compliance with healthcare standards and data protection regulations.
• Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector, though other sectors will be considered.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare roles, regulations, and industry standards.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
