We are seeking a skilled Clinic Administration Officer/Medical Screener to join our team at West Perth Clinic. This role involves providing administrative support and conducting preliminary medical assessments.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reception and general administration duties
- Processing medical bookings
- Results management
- Conducting preliminary medical assessments
- Specimen collection
- Audiometry testing
- Spirometry testing
- Invoicing
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous medical or clinical experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
