Overview
• Location: Newtown
• General Pay: £12.44 to £21.34 per hour (PAYE)
• Shifts: Days, Nights and Weekends
• Flexible agency work.

The role: What will you do as a Healthcare Support Worker
You will need at least 6 months UK experience within an acute medical or mental health setting.
Within this role you will be supporting the trained nurses in delivering direct care for patients and have excellent support from a team of Sisters including a dedicated band 6 sister and a unit manager.
You will provide therapeutic care and support to patients, which includes observing, monitoring, and keeping a record of patient conditions, treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty.
Because it is a non-negotiable requirement for you to provide proof of immunisations for Hepatitis B, Varicella and MMR in order to work within the NHS, please do not apply if you are unable to provide proof of immunisations for ALL of these.
The candidate: What you'll need as a Healthcare Support Worker
• You must have at least 6 months recent and relevant experience
• Proof of Immunisations for TB, Hepatitis B, Varicella and MMR
• Up-to-date training certificates
• UK Resident
• You must have the right to work in UK
