Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst III in Coconut Grove, Florida. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our team, providing first-line technical support to end-users within the banking industry. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating issues related to hardware, software, and network services.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to bank employees via phone, email, or in person.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 and related applications.
Assist in managing and supporting JDE EnterpriseOne system, resolving user issues as necessary.
Perform basic security tasks, including monitoring, vulnerability identification, and applying security patches.
Configure and set up workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and perform basic networking tasks.
Assist with the setup, management, and maintenance of virtual machines (VMware).
Ensure timely response and resolution of help desk tickets.
Document and escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff.
Collaborate with team members to support IT infrastructure projects.
Maintain hardware and software inventory records.
Requirements
Proficiency in Android Development
Proficient in Cisco Technologies
Knowledge of Citrix Technologies
Familiarity with Database management
Experience with EO/IR systems
Proficiency in Active Directory
Knowledge of Apple Devices
Understanding of Computer Hardware
Experience in Configuration Management
Familiarity with Deployments
Experience with JDE EnterpriseOne
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Familiarity with VMware
Comptia A+ certification is required
