Job Description:
Good Technical Knowledge of Hardware/Software/Network Support
Installation and Troubleshooting of Desktops/Laptops/Printers etc. , Candidate should effectively provide support to end user for technical quiries on Dektops /application
Good Understanding of Windows operating system
Maintain and Support calls for ticketing
Coordinate with the Central IT Infra Support team for resolution required.
Adhere to Policies and procedure laid by the Central IT Team and organization
Regularly be in sync with the Central IT infra Team for new Hardware release / update
Should have sound knowledge of remote installation and troubleshooting of various IT Hardware and Software products
Provide remote support to users in your region for installation/update of various Trading and Broking software
Troubleshoot issues of users in your region for various Trading software and provide working solutions within no time during trading hours.
Coordinate with the Central Application support team for any unresolved issues and close the same at the earliest
Regularly be in sync with the Central Application support team for new releases and best practice to be followed for application support.
Inventory Management and Control of IT Assets and Software at the Branch
Ensure to provide proper training to users for any new software / release in the branch.
Take ownership of the issues reported and seek timely resolution to the problems
Escalate unresolved issues to the in line manager
Ensured all issues are logged properly in the system and the repetitive problems/calls are minimized
Ensure complete Satisfaction to the user and Branch by timely and effective support
Follow proper checklist at the start of the day example: Checking of all desktops , network reachability etc. at the Branch
Be updated with latest technologies and technical skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
