Job Profile: Helpdesk Support / CRM
Location: Mumbai
Required Experienced: 1 + Yrs or Above
Able to work in Rotational Shift
Desired Skills:
Previous experience in a support role or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in troubleshooting .
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
