Duties
• Assist skilled workers in their tasks, including loading and unloading materials
• Perform general labor tasks such as, lifting, installing ,and carrying materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace
• Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
• Help with the setup and breakdown of job sites as needed
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Requirements
• Previous experience in a labor or helper role is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
• A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory
