• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to +:00 PM (including weekends and public holidays)
• Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our fancy item shop in Bajaj Nagar, Jaipur. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
• Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer queries and provide product information
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store displays and ensure store is tidy and organized
- Meet sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals
- Participate in visual merchandising and store promotions
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
• Requirements:
- Candidates from nearby areas preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail experience an advantage
