Provide support during events, meetings and other company activities, including setting up and cleaning up.
Run errands and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying objects.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
