Job Responsibilities:
Assist skilled workers such as fabricators, welders, and technicians.
Carry and organize tools, materials, and equipment as needed.
Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
Load and unload materials and supplies.
Help with basic assembly, cutting, or installation tasks as directed.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Requirements:
✅ No prior experience required; training will be provided.
✅ Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
✅ Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
✅ Basic knowledge of tools and equipment (preferred but not required).
✅ Good communication and teamwork skills.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction, fabrication, or general labor (a plus).
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
