We are actively seeking motivated General Labor Helpers to join our dedicated team. This role involves outdoor labor with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork, requiring the ability to perform heavy lifting of 50-80 lbs. Candidates must be prepared for the dynamic weather conditions of Oklahoma and provide their own essential safety gear, including a Hard Hat, Steel Toe Boots, Safety Vest, and Gloves.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the installation of storm pipes and boxes.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Lift and transport heavy materials such as concrete and gravel.
• Engage in digging using shovels as required.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
Required Skills
• Capability to lift and manage heavy loads effectively.
• Familiarity with excavation tools, particularly shovels.
• Strong understanding of safety measures and a commitment to adhering to them.
• Previous experience in construction or plumbing is advantageous.
Qualifications
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
