Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disposing of waste and debris, to maintain cleanliness in work areas.
Support skilled workers, technicians, or craftsmen in various tasks, such as construction, renovation, maintenance, or repair projects, as directed.
Fetch and deliver tools, equipment, and materials to workers as needed, ensuring timely availability and proper handling to facilitate work progress.
Assist in basic construction activities, such as digging, trenching, mixing concrete, carrying building materials, and setting up temporary structures.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment under supervision, following safety guidelines and instructions provided by experienced workers.
Aid in the setup and dismantling of equipment, machinery, and temporary structures for events, exhibitions, or construction sites, as required.
Adhere to safety procedures and regulations at all times to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to property, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leaders to support the overall objectives and operations of the organization.
Requirements:
Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as a Helper, Laborer, or similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is desirable, with the willingness to learn and develop new skills on the job.
Good communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions in Malayalam or English.
Flexibility to work in various environments and weather conditions, including outdoor work and occasional overtime as required.
